When will I receive my tickets?

Your e-ticket will be emailed to you as booking confirmation once the payment has been has been received and the service provider confirms.

What do I do if I need to cancel my tickets?

Your booking confirmation states the terms and conditions from the service 

provider and the contact information.

Why has my activity been cancelled?

On a rare occasion due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events the service provider holds the right to reschedule or cancel an activity.

What happens to my ticket if I am late?

If you are late it may be considered as a no show or you might miss the activity.

Can I sell my ticket to someone else?

In the event that the title of the ticket holder needs to be amended, please contact the service provider.
